Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines:

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a manufacturer restocking fee, which varies depending on the brand.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Calibration gas (due to shelf life, hazardous material restrictions, and expiration dates).

  • Disposable single-gas detectors (once activated, they cannot be shut off and resold).

Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
