By purchasing from K2 Calibrations, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product Use

All equipment should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines. K2 Calibrations is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety protocols.

Warranty

We distribute products from multiple manufacturers. Warranty coverage varies by brand but typically includes up to 3 years for most gas detectors. Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Limitation of Liability

K2 Calibrations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Payment & Accounts

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless NET30 account terms have been pre-approved. Accounts not paid on time may be subject to late fees.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in California courts.
